At Swagat Masala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all orders are packed and delivered with utmost care. However, if there is an issue, we offer a clear and fair Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

✅ Eligible Return or Replacement Scenarios

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or quantity).
  • The product is expired or has packaging issues.
  • The item delivered does not match the product description.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • No complaint is raised within the specified time.
  • Issues due to personal preference, taste, or change of mind.

⏱️ Return or Replacement Request Timeframe

  • All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

🔁 Return, Replacement & Refund Process

  1. Raise a Request

    Provide your Order ID, issue details, and attach images/videos of the product.
  2. Verification
    Our support team will verify the issue based on the information provided.
  3. Replacement Process
    • If the issue is verified and stock is available, a free replacement will be arranged and delivered within 7 working days.
    • If stock is not available, you may choose to wait or opt for a refund.
  4. Refund Process
    • If eligible, a refund will be initiated and process & credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

📄 Product Return Conditions

To qualify for return or replacement:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide valid proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

💳 Refund Modes

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI Transfer
  • Other agreed methods
